When booking your adventure tours in Costa Rica, it is expected to have many questions and concerns. Here are the answers to the frequently asked questions. Feel free to ask if we are missing anything; our well-trained staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Is it safe to reserve online?

 

Place your reservation safely. Your personal and payment information is protected and encrypted; it goes directly to the bank, and we will never share it with third parties.

What´s the minimum age?

 Kids are welcomed but we have some restrictions for safety reasons. 

And will vary according to the adventure of your choice

It´s there any weight restrictions?

Weight limit is not an issue, the cables are strong enough

to carry a large truck;  the problem is the equipment, 

the biggest one that we have is for 58 inches waist  

and 30 inches of leg.  If you have less than this measure we are good.     

   
Is there a problem if is raining?

Costa Rica weather is very variable all the year.

But for adventurers and nature lovers, that won’t be a problem,

the tours still running rain or shine. Just in some extreme conditions

will be cancelled in order of safety, in that case it´s 100% refundable

   
Can I bring my backpack with me?

On our tours tourists are not allowed to carry any loose objects, such as:

unstrapped bags, cellphones, camera poles / sticks, or objects that

will not leave your hands free while performing such activities.

However you can carry a small backpack with such objects

you consider necessary.

   
What I should wear?

We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes,

secure shoes, hiking tennis shoes, raincoat / jacket, bugs spray, sunblock

   
It´s necessary to reserve in advance?

Advanced reservations are highly recommended, however we are

happy to accept last minute reservations as space allows.

   
Am I being charged for reserving online?

Payment in advance is necessary for all reservations. 

We use PayPal and and secure payment link through

the BAC Credomatic.

   
Cancellation policies?

You will be able to cancel your reservation and get 100% refund

as long if is at least 48 hours before the tour date.

   
Is transportation included?

Usually it´s included from the hotels located  in La Fortuna downtown and surroundings.

If your pick up place is far away from our location, there is an extra price

for the transportation.

The amount will be given when you receive the confirmation form.

Transportation is included in the major activities, in other options is 

available at an additional cost.

   
I’m travelling by car, Is there parking available?

Parking is available.

It is generally safe, nothing should happen if you leave your stuff in

the car, although it will be under your own responsibility.

We have lockers available also to keep stuff while on tour.
