The ride by horse around Arenal Volcano takes you around the outposts of the Los Lagos estate and through a tropical rainforest. You will follow a route that takes you to the Los Juncos lake and stop by the Los Lagos lookout point.
From there on a clear day you can appreciate the imposing picture that Arenal Volcano paints on the horizon. After you continue on through virgin tropical forest you’ll arrive at the Los Lirios lake where you can occasionally see birds, monkeys.
After enjoying the horseback ride you have the option to relax in the hot springs at Los Lagos as well as enjoy their cold pools, and hiking trails.
